Obvious counterfeit. Bad quality bad finish too small made in Indonesia, all the Handeball spezial that I own are made in Vietnam. As I wanted to wear the sneaker directly without really paying attention to the details I can no longer return them as I have cut the security tags. I will never order from Joom again. I threw money out the window
Hello, The basketball I ordered is not the one I received. You sent me a different model. This is not acceptable. I ask you either : to send me the exact model I ordered, or to proceed with the refund of my order as soon as possible. Thank you for keeping me informed quickly of the proposed solution. Cordially, [Your name] Divenal
I do not recommend it, it is terrible the material is very expensive and I regret it, I wore them one day it rained they got wet I left them to dry normally, not with heat or anything and the front part came unglued, the back part means terrible glue or worse material very regretful, ZERO RECOMMENDED
Hello, I wish to return this order. This pair in size 36 runs much smaller than the identical model I own, purchased in size 36 on the Converse website.. Can you tell me the return procedure and send me the return label please ? Thanks in advance.
I BOUGHT A PAIR OF SHOES FOR A GIFT. THEY DELIVERED ME AN OLD, BROKEN, AND DIRTY BOX THAT I COULD NOT WRAP AS A GIFT. I ASKED FOR A RETURN, AND THEY TELL ME I CANNOT RETURN IT, OR I HAVE TO RETURN IT AT MY OWN EXPENSE TO CHINA, AND THEREFORE WITH VERY HIGH COSTS FOR ME.
I couldn't get these in Australia as Converse wasn't stocking the wide Chuck 70s. I was hesitant to pay nearly $200 to Joom. The shoes are authentic and fit perfectly and came in the original box. I'm very relieved and happy.
the sneakers are superb, the size corresponds to a 24.5-25cm. Quality, genuine leather. For those from the Republic of Moldova, even if you take them at the discounted price on the package, the basic price comes and must be paid in advance.
This seller is extremely hard to deal with. don't buy from them Ordered the wrong size, ask for exchange. The buyer asked for so many photos and steps, and after a month, the issues still could not be resolved.
