You have to be really stupid!! The person in charge of delivery bent the tube package in two (and therefore the poster) to make it fit in the mailbox! But it's still not possible to be this stupid!!!!! When you have a tube-shaped package, you can suspect that you shouldn't bend it!!! I am dismayed by so much stupidity.

The colour (navy blue tones) is not at all similar to the original painting (light blue tones) and not at all similar either to the picture on the Joom app. I am very disappointed.

Got it. The poster was wrapped around the plastic protective tube, instead of being inserted inside. But luckily it didn’t get damaged.

It is indeed a canvas and it is coated in a plasticized way, it's top! Very well packaged too. Thank you Joom 🤩👍🥰

Quality of the canvas is good, however the print is faded considerably compared to the photo in the advert.

All colors are darker, background also too much yellow with little magenta, not as a picture light cream.

still nothing whereas on the site it is indicated delivered !! not possible to have a contact person
