Complaint About Incorrect Phone Case Size – Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) Hello, I ordered a phone case from your website for my Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2022). The product description stated it was compatible with my phone model. I specifically chose this case because of the ring holder, which I find very useful for a better grip. However, after receiving the product, I found that the case is too large by approximately half a centimeter. As a result: The phone moves loosely inside the case; There is a visible gap, and the device doesn't sit securely; The feel in the hand is completely wrong — it's clear that this case is not made for my phone. I believe the product description was misleading, or the item simply does not match the advertised model. This creates a poor user experience and undermines trust in the Joom platform.I have attached a photo comparing two phone cases: The purple case came with my phone and fits perfectly. The blue case is the one I ordered from your website. As you can see in the photo: The blue case has an extra hole at the bottom that does not exist on the original (purple) case; This confirms that the design is not meant for my phone model; In addition to the case being too big and loose, this extra hole makes it clear the case is not a proper fit. I will attach photos to clearly show the issue. I kindly ask you to: Accept this complaint for review; Provide a refund or offer appropriate compensation; Please improve the accuracy of product listings on your platform to prevent similar issues. Also für den Preis wirklich okay. Mir ging es hauptsächlich um die Nachrichten und das klappt gut. Habe bisher auch keine Probleme mit der Bluetooth-Verbindung und bin mit den vorhandenen Funktionen zufrieden. Die 4* Abzug ergeben sich aus der nicht gerade gelungenen App für die Uhr und weil Bluetooth nur über die App verbunden werden kann und die Uhr nicht beim duschen und schwimmen getragen werden kann. Händewaschen geht gerade noch, aber mit mehr Wasser sollte sie nicht in Berührung kommen. Ich hatte mir noch eine andere blaue und eine violette bestellt. Habe leider bereits 2x blau statt blau und violett bekommen und das blau dieser Uhr schaut auf der Abbildung ganz anders aus, als das blau bei der anderen. Leider ist es in der Realität nicht so: jetzt habe ich drei blaue Uhren und alle auch noch dasselbe blau. Daher hat eine Uhr nun 3*, eine 2* und eine dritte blaue hat dann leider nur noch 1* verdient, nachdem zusätzlich die Farbe von der Abbildung arg abweicht.
