The package arrived with the box all battered. One shoe with a crushed heel. I asked for a refund but nothing has arrived to date. I do not consider this correct, either refund me or I will no longer make purchases from you.

Extraordinary beauty. My size is 39. Just right, nothing pinches. Thank you very much for your work! I really wanted grey-pink sneakers, I found them at your place. Thank you very much for trying for us.

Too small

38 | Black

The box says size 38. But the shoe is nowhere near that size, at least 2 sizes smaller.. There is no inscription anywhere on the shoe indicating the original size.
