The item does not match the description and the pictures. Purchase is possible without the app, but complaints and communication are only possible with the app. I will submit a corresponding inquiry to the Consumer Advice Center Hesse and the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection to determine if this constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation of the consumer.. Joom once never again.
