The hat obviously arrived damaged as the packaging, consisting of a simple plastic bag, could not have protected it from crushing. Furthermore, the product description referred to a cotton and linen blend composition while the product I received is 100% polyester. However, I must say that after bringing it to their attention, they informed me that they have processed the refund and that I will soon find the credit in my account.
The second time it was opened, part of the closure gave way
