I have paid for and ordered Samsung T7 4TB SSD and they have sent me 1TB model which has 4 times less storage. I demand my money back ASAP. Also it is the first and last time I use Joom store.

I bought this, but when I used it, the outer casing started to melt. I can no longer use it because of the risk of fire. This appears to be a design fault.
