Walnut Wood Multi-Layer Nut and Snack Box

I received the bedside lockers in completely unacceptable condition. Aside from the extremely poor quality, they are broken and already falling apart. It is disgraceful that products in this condition were considered suitable to sell and deliver to a customer. I am rejecting the goods as they are damaged and not fit for purpose. Please arrange to collect both lockers immediately at no cost to me and issue a full refund. Confirm the collection arrangements and refund date as soon as possible.

I have just received the package from you. Unfortunately, the plastic sphere is broken/damaged, as you can see in the attached photos. The photos show that this very delicate item, made of thin plastic, was packed carelessly and chaotically, with only one layer of bubble wrap for protection. I would therefore like to request a full refund and a replacement – a new, undamaged sphere. I look forward to your response and a quick resolution to this issue. Kind regards, Hanna Hvam

On the first picture you can see my order and on the second picture you can see what I am got. What is that? Mistake or Fraud? Unfortunately, it is not possible reach JOOM about that. This would be an important question, because if there were a mistake, it would make sense to place a new order. Unfortunately, I'm forced to give this one star, actually, it is ZERO

Works fine, alarm sounds adequately loud(the melody is a bit annoying, however, but you can get used to it, reminds me of old 8 bit games), has lots of settings(takes time to figure and remember all of them), plastic doesn't stink, arrived with no visible damage(very fine scratches don't count).

I thought I was getting individual magnets 🧲 2inch by 1inch , instead what was delivered was a huge block of a magnetic 6inch by 4inch with 45mm thickness, now I'll have to send it out to get it cut in individual pieces, not a problem but not happy also .

Be careful with this site; they advertise a pack of 30 hangers, and I ordered 4 packs, but they sent me just 4 hangers. There isn't even an option for a 4-hanger pack! I paid 220 RON + 35 RON shipping tax, for 4 hangers! It's a scam. Be careful !!!!!
