**Defective product – terrible quality and no proper customer service!** I am extremely disappointed with this product. The device is leaking – water comes out from underneath the spray control button. This is a serious defect that raises questions about the product's quality and proper functioning. What is even more disappointing is the way customers are treated. I submitted a formal complaint, provided photographs of the defect and clearly explained the problem. Unfortunately, I have received no response and no proposed solution so far. Customers pay for a product that should be fully functional and watertight. When the product turns out to be defective, they should not be left alone to deal with the problem. This is absolutely not what professional customer service should look like! A defective product combined with no response to a complaint is completely unacceptable. **I do not recommend this product. Stay away!**
