Too small

Cute, for a narrow foot, they didn't fit me. A bit heavy. I ordered 41, received 40. Too small for my 39.

In reality, it's worse than bast shoes. In the picture, the insole is made of fabric, but in reality, they threw in some kind of blue EVA-like material. It looks awful. The customer support for returns doesn't work. Everything resets to the order page.
