I am very dissatisfied and regret my purchase on this website. I want to return the product because I no longer need it. The product has even never been opened and is still in its original packaging.. However, customer service indicates that I have to pay the return costs to Poland myself. I find this absolutely unreasonable, especially because this information was not clearly stated on the website at the time of my purchase.. I find it very disappointing to be confronted with unexpected return costs. If I had known this beforehand, I probably would not have made my purchase. The customer service and the return policy have seriously damaged my trust in this website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website to others.
