The product quality was extremely poor. Some of the items were not even packaged, and they failed to deliver my order on the promised date. The prices were also outrageously high. I made the purchase without doing enough research, and later I discovered that I had paid almost three times more than the actual market price. It was obvious that the products had been sitting on the shelves for a long time and had been stored carelessly. They were shipped without proper protection, so several items arrived crushed and damaged. On top of that, the product dimensions were nothing like those shown in the photos. They were much smaller than advertised and did not fit my shirt collars at all. The product is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. This is clearly misleading advertising. It feels like a complete scam. This was, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
Good product and all as expected. Only grumble is that I ordered white stitching on a black strap with silver buckle. Ended up with black stitching on black strap with silver buckle. Minor mistake. Not sure if this is common or if I’m just unlucky.
Time will tell! Differences with my old one. This one is slightly longer and it is made completely out of plastic (except the blade of course) VERY IMPORTAND Keep in mind that blade doesn't lock open!
I bought a watch band for my Garmin watch, it did not fit the watch as described. Now I cant find any way on their website on how to return it.
