I am very upset. I have just Recieved the Bag and it is awful Damaged Condition one side of the Bag is Dented and Squashed, i wont be able to fix this Damage so i cant use the Bag. I aldo wont ever Purchase again from this Seller or Joom. I recieved a Badly Damaged Bag that is unuseable its shocking i Contacted CS with the Pictures of Proof of Damage and all i Recieved back was A Refund of £45.00 half of what i Paid . Be very careful when you Order if the Order dosent come with a Box dont take the chance of receiving a badly damaged Bag and then you only Recieve Half the Refund of the Full Price you Paid for it. I eont be Buying again.
I ordered 2 metal laptop stands, and i received only one of plastic, now waiting for joom to give money back, or to send other 2 metal laptop stands for my wasted time and money. Attached is a photo of the parcel!

The size chart available at the app isn’t accurate, I fit size it’s normally 27cm and by the the size chart it says it should be size 44 but it turns out to be huge
