I was expecting a slightly larger strainer. The sent in is enough for 1 cup. But the dimensions given by the supplier are consistent with the filter received. It does not function at all only cold and not three stages how it is described. waited so long for nothing and no option where to send back have to write an email so they can tell you what to do and every where is you simply print the label or qr code and return . never again!!!

It heats up as promised, has two levels of heat and a heat indicator sticker that changes color. But it doesn't curl my lashes. I have tried all ways but they stay straight, unfortunately.

The wire that goes into the ear plugs pulls out. You can push it back in, but it doesn't stay. I might suggest putting some glue to keep it stationary. Sound is excellent.
