I was supposed to receive a 60cm x 200cm order for 2,200 rubles, but I received a 40cm x 58cm order. This is a complete scam. I'm a regular Joom customer and this is the first time I've encountered such fraud. I'm asking for a refund. Consider this message my complaint against Joom. A photo is attached.
Imagine a sponge with the bristles of a duster. This rug feels like that. I don't know what I expected but certainly not this. - It's very airy, very light. The entire rug I ordered (100x160cm) weighs like 300g - since it was folded when shipped, it has big creases which are hard to unfold, so it stays uneven on the ground - the design is spot on, no complaints there - maybe I'm too harsh on it, it's not that bad. Just feels super cheap.
I ordered the set of drawers with the flat top. I have received the set with an organiser top. Also, I am unable to fix the handles to the drawers. I will use the drawers and find some way to make handles for them. Very disappointed.
Item not received as damaged. I wanted a REPLACEMENT but only offered a refund. Customer Services process is not user friendly as no option given other than a refund. No human contact
It has a chinese plug. There was no information about this. Everything else I've bought on Joom had EU plugs. The pump in itself is good.
Very pleased with the result. Also the red heat indicator works fine, the red triangle on the handle turns whiter when pan heats up
I took the biggest one, I hope they start making longer ones. It is really soft and good material. Also super easy to clean.
