Ceramic Tea Strainer Filter Teapot Kung Fu Teacup Reusable Loose Leaf Gift

This is a disgusting item. It is totally useless - why would you even sell it. I have waited 3 weeks for this rubbish, and now I have to waste another hour of my time writing this and getting a refund! The product is extremely cheap plastic. How is it going to handle the water pressure in 3 faucets! The cap on one tap doesn't even stay attached, it's just flapping about loose! But worst is the taps only operate at a quarter flow!! How is that fit for purpose if you have to wait 15 minutes to fill half a bucket of water. Or worse one outlet is to attach to the washing machine - the machine will take hours to do a cycle with this stupid quarter on tap flow. The handles are counter intuitive - they should be straight in line with the pipe for open and flowing. And at right angles to be OFF. They are the opposite to this. I want my money refunded, and this product removed from sale, so no one else has to go through this. How did you charge me $20aud for this rubbish! 2 pics show the cap loose - unattached to the tap. Alice Beck PS I have purchased many items from Joom, as you can see from my history.

As a avid sake drinker this set is perfect for 1-2 people, the sake tank is fantastic! It has a thumb ridge giving you a great hold, you can poor it in it comes with a cork and place it in the fridge if you like to drink chilled sake or if you like warm sake the bucket is perfect for putting hot water in to warm the sake and the hand painted Sakura trees and petals look great. Overall it’s fantastic for sake drinkers and the quality of the glassware is top notch.

Even though this clock was advertised as "SILENT Wall Clock Movement Hands Mechanism", it produces loud tick-tock noises every second. I specifically wanted to avoid this noise as it can be really loud when sleeping in the same room, this is why I wanted to replace the original mechanism of my wall clock. I was looking for a continuous sweep clock with a silent second hand. Disappointed with the misleading description.

It took 3 weeks to arrive, it arrived in good condition, and the wood is of good quality. However, I thought the mallet would be larger. Yes, I did see the dimensions in the description, but I still expected it to be bigger. That said, as someone with small hands, it fits my hands well.

I love them they are perfect but only problem is that it came with one tap not two, I needed them both on the same day. Might need to find a solution to get another tap for the other one. I can't believe they look so beautiful for his first birthday. Many thanks.

Looks great. It's a gift and I haven't put it together yet. Will update when I do. Thank you. Update : VERY DISAPPOINTED. It has very rough, metal screws to hold it together. NOTHING like the pictures. It looks too rough to give as a gift. Not cheap either!

I am actually surprised that sender thought that it will come in one piece. How someone can pack glass into thin box of styrofoam and plastic bag and hope that it won’t break. I think that product was nice but I didn’t have chance to see it

This is definitely a NEED for every household. So far one of my best joom purchase, no more spilling detergent all over my bathroom floors😅😅 It has a tight lid and comes with a scoop spoon which makes laundry alot easier and effective
