Ultra Light Duck Down Women Matt Fabric Lightweight Coat Warm Female Windbreaker Parka Women's Down Jackets Plus Coats

Product is very small. I was quite chilled about it and thought I'll just order a larger size but request free postage for the second one and avoid complicated returns. There was NO customer communication link at all and I was forced to download the JOOM app to do so. Just to find that this is a trick and a request for customer care help just infuriatingly produces a list of random products to buy. Joom App is useless. The product being too small despite me going up a size was annoying but not being able to communicate to ensure a second one will be ok and come postage free has made me go from potentially good review to being upset and cross and wanting to give a 1

The size corresponds. It's not very thick but it's warm. I find it very original, normally these types of jackets provide a lot of volume. Great. I recommend them.

Although it doesn't button up loosely, I wanted it as an extra layer to keep me warm and wear it under a coat and it's great for that.

It fits what I expected. They are thin but are good to put under another coat.

Perfect both alone and under the parka. Excellent workmanship

Very thin, but it does its job.

Perfect! Just as I expected!

Much too small for an M

Excellent.

great.

I received a jacket (L) with all tags, it corresponds to the order👍 Soft, beautiful white color, there is a cover) Among the disadvantages - there is a smell, it shines through where there is less fluff... and the tailoring is such that it is tight in the chest (I took a size larger than I wear), if you don't fasten it on the third button, then it's normal. I would like to add: wear only white (light) clothes!!!, because when over dark clothes - it shines through in places, there is no appearance😐 in the last photo, the fluff is dark in the filling and it is visible...

The jacket itself is excellent, I'm ordering a second one in a different color, but it arrived one size smaller than the first one with the same size number! It's disappointing and frustrating, and there's no certainty that this won't happen again upon reorder

Benefits: I really liked the jacket, light, comfortable, a little too big did not guess the size, on my 50 could be smaller in size. And so in general satisfied. I recommend the seller.

It is very small in size. Want to return it, but it seems very difficult to find how to do it. Would gladly order a new one, in a larger size, but preferably black.

Unfortunately the jacket was too small. Normally wears size small. Need size large for this jacket. The quality feels good.

It's too small. I want to send it back but it's impossible as the icons to do so are missing. How do I do it?

The jacket is cool, light, beautiful, but runs small. For my 46 it is too small in the chest, I had to sell it

Runs 2-3 sizes small. At 46 I took XL. Doesn't add up at all. And the jacket is good.

Very satisfied!! I was afraid of being wrong with the size, but everything fit true to size, THANK YOU

Excellent thin jacket for a warm spring or rainy summer. Fits 48-50 sizes.

I had expected a zipper and that size M would be a little bigger

Great jacket. I recommend to all. Size 48, XXL fits perfectly.

I ordered medium but got Jagjag bestJag ColorYesJJJ

Super jacket even better than Uniqlo . I recommend !
