Superb, the right size, they arrived on time, but unfortunately the local company brought them after 12 days and I waited almost a month after them. only after a notification, they managed to bring the maximum unseriousness to this courier company in the country, and it is not the first time. but returning to the product, excellent quality in terms of material and cut. Exceptional price-quality ratio Felicitari Joom

I'm disappointed, the jacket is too small when I looked at all the measurements and theoretically, in Size S it would have been perfect for my morphology. Knowing that basically I take XL see 2XL and that with the measurements mentioned on the article, the S was more appropriate. Frankly, disappointed.

The coat I have received is not the same as the picture! I ordered 2xl and it's come the size of a child's coat! The quality of the coat is not good either. I'm really disappointed. The picture shows a lovely thick woman's coat, with a big fur trimmed hood!

Color and texture completely different from the photo. Very disappointing. Fabric totally unsuitable for summer. It's hot. I attach both listing photos and item photos, to show the total difference between what was ordered and what was received.

Joom is a disaster, don't place an order there if you want to return something because it was delivered incorrectly, you will be left completely alone. Zero communication with Joom possible. I can only warn everyone to order!
