IT'S THEFT WITH AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES Under no circumstances should you drink this tea (let alone buy it, except for the cardboard box which will gain value... in 200 years) No one deserves so much contempt or to be taken for a fool. AND I KNOW PU'ER! I am a very good Pu'er enthusiast and have been for at least 15 years. At home, I have Pu'er worth over 1000 euros/kg, others at 300 euros per kilo, and then a few others of varying quality at 100 euros per kilo.. I am very satisfied with a Pu'er that I buy on the Joom platform for 47 euros per kilo including shipping costs. In this order, it was therefore a famous TAETEA harvested on the famous Menghaï mountain. I was impatient to receive it. I was already imagining a slightly oily tea (glycerols) with a roundness in the mouth.. I opened the box delicately Well, I already noticed that the buds weren't nice. The tea was dry and crumbly. It's the first time I've been able to notice that I made a teapot and put in the normal amount, and I only got a very pale infusion with almost no taste other than that of water. Second attempt, I put in the maximum amount of tea the teapot could hold. The taste and color were only just starting to come through. This tea was extracted between 3 and 5 times before being dried, compressed using the most suitable method, then put back in the tin, and voilà, I paid a lot for something that is only good for reaching the final stage of fermentation: pure compost. But in no case should you drink this tea No one has deserved so much contempt It's blatant theft I am requesting a full and rapid refund before I have this tea examined by the French sector, my mother working in the fraud repression service, we will thus be able to see how many illegal acts have sent a tea already stripped of all its virtues long before its arrival on French soil. I will keep you informed of the events later. The least we can do is a refund and even more for moral damages, in order to restore the brand's image.. I hope to announce a happy ending to you DO NOT ORDER AS JOOM IS IN DIFFICULTY. NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE (no email, no support, nothing. When you send an email they tell you to contact support and support does not respond. Their telephone line is cut off) I ASKED MY BANK FOR A CASHBACK (REFUND) FOR NON-DELIVERY. HOWEVER, THIS WAS MY FIFTH ORDER FOR THIS ITEM, AND MANY OTHER ORDERS. GO TO ALI. EXPRESS. IT'S MUCH MORE RELIABLE AND THERE'S MORE CHOICE.

Everything is fine, but when I pour boiling water over the tea, it starts to smell like female genitalia. I've found an explanation: "Typically, pu-erh can have aromas described as "earthy," "mushroomy," "woody," "sweet," or "smoky." A good pu-erh may have strong scents, but they are usually pleasant and natural. A smell resembling female genitalia is likely due to issues in the production or storage process of the tea. It could be related to improper fermentation, mold, contamination, or simply low-quality raw material. Such an odor indicates possible issues, and tea with these characteristics usually doesn't meet the standards expected of quality pu-erh. If the smell is really that unpleasant and atypical, it's worth considering the tea's quality and possibly contacting the seller or supplier regarding its origin."

The tea cake arrived a bit shaken with at least 20 grams of loose leaf. the wrapping was average and did not adequately protect the cake. The quality of the product was very good. Long leaves with very few broken with a fresh tea smell. Almost non-existent sediment and leaf bits. Very nice taste An 8 grams tea portion lasted for at least 7 brews. Probably can last for more as the taste and colour didn't deteriorate but I had no more time for extra brews. I think for its price it is splendid for enjoying a good quality raw pu-erh tea

box was dented during shipping due to insufficent packaging (in fact, just simple bag with no padding was used), cannot be used as a gift anymore. will not buy again with this seller. additionally, the box has been opened (one of the tea mini-tuos has weird packaging), the warranty sticker from the manufacturer was not present anymore.

Did not get the puer cake. It was lost in delivery. Get my money back, yes, BUT I asked to reship and not return money and they still returned me money. Dont even bothering about my contry laws. This is unexeptable. I wasted coupons on this tea and it will only cost me more in the future. Thanks for wasting my money.

finally a yunnan tuocha tea whose taste I like. a few years ago, I had found a tea whose taste I loved, but it was no longer marketed, and impossible to find a tea approaching. it's done with this one, hoping it's not full of pesticides or other chemicals...

The quality is terrible. I received a much worse tea than what is shown in the picture. It doesn't look like the pictures. And it dissolves immediately in the water. The taste is terrible, the packaging is terrible, and the quality of the tea is extremely inferior.
