Being a very good customer at Joom and having only had a few minor issues since I started ordering from them, I am, to this day, extremely disappointed with their customer service. There is a package (containing many products, including this one) that I had ordered which was marked as "received" on April 9th, when in fact I have NEVER RECEIVED it. I, who check my mailbox every day, and who have not had this type of problem with the other orders I had placed.. I even asked my neighbors to be sure it wasn't given to one of them, but nothing: no one picked up a package for me. I don't know what happened with this package, but it's not my place to pay the consequences (I paid to receive this order which I ultimately never received) and I therefore wish to obtain a refund please because this is not normal at all. I shouldn't have to pay for the unprofessionalism of the person who never delivered my package. Even though I explained the situation to Joom customer service and made a refund request, they did not grant it to me. I find that unacceptable. (I will change my mind if Joom or the sellers refund me in the coming days, but for now, following this bad experience, I do not recommend you to order on this app, nor to this customer (The customer is probably not to blame, but if I do not express my opinion, then I leave the possibility for other people to be scammed and that is not in my principles)).

An essential utensil to have in our kitchens is an orange and various fruit peeler. Really easy to use. I recommend it for quality and its usefulness in our kitchens.👍👍👌👍👍 📦 Package Content: An orange and various fruit peeler. 👍Pros: Delivery to Spain in 25 days ✈️. Well packed for the trip. The quality is quite good. strong and durable Essential to have in our kitchens. Very comfortable grip. Its stainless steel blade is very sharp. Very easy to clean under the tap. Product suitable for peeling oranges 🍊 and various fruits such as tangerines, lemons 🍋 and grapefruits. 👎Cons: Nothing important to note. .

The powder came in a cute little zip bag. Kind of nice (overall) yet I expected it to be bigger in size as it seems to look in the pictures. Also the thing separating the sponge and the powder is really inaccurate, because instead of a comfortable plastic cap, there is a plastic piece of paper, which is really disturbing and difficult to take off every time. It gets stuck in the powder box and because of the fact that it’s thin, you barely can take it off to use the product. In rest, it’s okay. Thank you.
