Shopping Notes: Welcome to our shop. To provide all buyers with better service, please read the following first. Thank you for your cooperation! All products in our shop are photographed from the actual items. The products have detailed descriptions, materials, dimensions, weights, etc. Please feel free to purchase!

01 Product Description: The product descriptions include instructions about packaging and how to place an order. Buyers, please place your orders according to the requirements. If you have any special requests, please confirm them with customer service before placing your order and include them in the order notes.

02 Color Difference: Differences in the photography background, lighting, and computer monitor color reproduction may cause differences in product color. These differences are beyond our control and are not quality issues. The actual product shall prevail. If you are very particular about color differences or minor flaws, please consider carefully before deciding whether to order.

03 About Shipping: After buyers place and pay for their orders, we will ship within 48 hours (two days). In most cases, orders placed and paid for before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day (except on holidays). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or Wangwang. No packing list is included with any product. If you need one, please leave a note. The delivery time for customized products is subject to the time agreed upon by both parties.

04 Express Delivery and Logistics: YTO is the default courier. If you need a different courier, please contact online customer service. If the courier does not deliver to your area or you need the goods urgently, please contact customer service to change the shipment to SF Express (the difference in shipping costs must be paid). For large shipments that must be sent by freight, please tell customer service the address of the logistics company nearest to you and the name of the freight station, so you can collect the goods as soon as possible and at the nearest location. We hereby state that we cannot control either courier or freight services. Please do not base your evaluation of us on dissatisfaction with the service attitude of the courier or logistics provider or the length of time it takes for the goods to arrive.

05 About Payment: Buyers first select a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) and pay through Alipay. Alipay protects the security of the payment. After buyers receive the goods and confirm receipt, Alipay then releases the payment to the supplier. If the goods are not received after the due date or do not meet the requirements, buyers may submit a refund request to protect their rights and interests.

06 About Receipt: When the goods are delivered, they must be signed for in person. If a family member, friend, doorman, or someone else signs for them, this will be treated as a signature by the buyer. Please be sure to open and inspect the package on the spot before signing.

If the goods are damaged during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery person, file a claim, or refuse to accept the delivery.

07 About After-Sales Service: If there is a quality issue (wrong item shipped or item missing) within seven days of signing for the goods, please contact us promptly. We will respond regarding reshipment or exchange/return. We will not accept requests after this period. If there is no quality issue, the products sold cannot be returned or exchanged. For reasons caused by the buyer personally, such as not liking the product, finding it very different from the pictures, being dissatisfied, or finding it not as good as imagined, the purchased product cannot be returned or exchanged.

08 About Reviews: Your sincere reviews are our constant motivation to improve. If you are satisfied with the goods you receive and are in a good mood, please encourage us with a positive review. If a problem arises, please contact online customer service promptly. We will continue to improve the quality of our after-sales service and increase customer satisfaction.

To ensure the quality of the delivered products meets the standards, a dedicated inspection process has been set up in the product delivery process to ensure that every outgoing product is qualified. After the production and packaging of the product are completed, it will enter the comprehensive inspection stage before shipment, which is responsible by a dedicated person and strictly follows the established quality standards to carry out inspection work.

During the inspection process, the staff will inspect the products one by one, focusing on core indicators such as appearance integrity, compliance with specification parameters, and functional normality. At the same time, they will check whether the product packaging is intact and whether it can effectively protect the product from damage during transportation.

The verification process does not omit any product or simplify any inspection steps. Any products found during the inspection that do not meet the standards will be promptly removed and not released from the warehouse to ensure that the released products meet the predetermined quality requirements.

Our shipment inspection work ensures that every product received by the customer meets the specified standards and reduces inconvenience caused by product quality issues. The inspection process follows the principles of objectivity and rigor, without exaggeration or embellishment. It strictly operates according to product quality standards to ensure the authenticity and reliability of inspection results, and effectively delivers qualified products to customers.
