--------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------- --------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------- --------------- Buyer Notes About Shipping Fees Shipping fees vary according to the distance to the destination city and the weight. Before purchasing or placing and paying for an order, please be sure to confirm the exact shipping fee with the shopkeeper, then pay; if you place the order directly and the shipping fee is insufficient, the goods will not be shipped.

About Weight Dear customers, before purchasing, please calculate the total weight of the items you need. Although each item weighs only a few grams or a dozen grams, when you purchase many, the total weight becomes considerable. We measure the weight of all items ourselves, and the difference will not be large. Please do not think paper products are not heavy. The paper products themselves are quite light, but their weight becomes considerable when stacked, so please consult us if you are unsure about the weight! Generally speaking, the weight of the outer packaging depends on the quantity you purchase; the more items, the heavier the packaging. About Color Differences All our products are photographed as actual items, without any technical processing, in an effort to faithfully show the original color and style of the products. Because of the effects of the lighting and photography techniques, as well as differences between computer monitors, slight color differences cannot be ruled out. This is a problem that no Alibaba online seller can overcome, so buyers who are very sensitive to color differences, please think carefully before placing your order! Our company does not accept any return or exchange requests due to color differences. Color differences cannot be used as grounds for neutral or negative reviews, complaints, or returns or exchanges!

About Delivery Given the special nature of online commerce, goods are shipped through third-party carriers. We cannot control the carriers' operations, so we do not promise a specific delivery time. Logistics and courier service quality vary from region to region, and we cannot guarantee consistent service quality in every area. If you are dissatisfied with the courier company, please call its complaint hotline. You may contact us before making a complaint, and we will cooperate with you. Please do not arbitrarily attribute this responsibility to our company and give us a neutral or negative review. Thank you for your cooperation.

About Receiving Goods After transportation by a courier or freight company, some compression during transit is unavoidable, and the shopkeeper cannot guarantee that the packaging will be intact upon arrival. We bear the risk of damage to the items during transportation. If there is damage, please contact our company within 24 hours with a certificate issued by the courier delivery personnel and photos. After we verify the information, we will provide a free return or exchange. To reduce unnecessary trouble, please personally inspect the goods and sign for them in front of the courier delivery personnel. If there is a problem, contact us promptly to resolve it, and we will certainly provide you with a satisfactory solution.

Payment Methods We recommend that all our products be paid for through Alipay; your payment will be safe and secure. After you place and pay for your order, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Those who do not have Alipay need not worry; you can choose to pay by bank transfer.

About Product Prices All our products are sold directly, eliminating middlemen and offering the greatest possible savings to all our new and returning customers who support us. Our prices have a clear advantage! Buyers can compare several sellers and then choose. For the same quality, compare prices; for the same price, compare quality! Our strength speaks for itself!! No bargaining, no free shipping!! Please go easy on us!

About Returns and Exchanges For items without quality issues, if the buyer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons, the buyer must bear the two-way courier and logistics fees. Returns or exchanges are only permitted if the item remains in a condition that does not affect its resale.

Buyer Reviews After receiving the goods, if you have any dissatisfaction or questions, please be sure to contact us first. We will do our utmost to provide you with a satisfactory response and the best solution. Please do not casually leave a negative or neutral review (experience shows that dissatisfaction often stems from a misunderstanding). A good reputation is hard won, and we cherish it greatly. We also hope to receive your understanding and support! If you are satisfied with our products and services, please leave a very positive review after the transaction is completed. Your affirmation is the motivation for our business! Thank you! We sincerely wish you a pleasant shopping experience with our company!

To ensure the quality of the delivered products meets the standards, a dedicated inspection process has been set up in the product delivery process to ensure that every outgoing product is qualified. After the production and packaging of the product are completed, it will enter the comprehensive inspection stage before shipment, which is responsible by a dedicated person and strictly follows the established quality standards to carry out inspection work.

During the inspection process, the staff will inspect the products one by one, focusing on core indicators such as appearance integrity, compliance with specification parameters, and functional normality. At the same time, they will check whether the product packaging is intact and whether it can effectively protect the product from damage during transportation.

The verification process does not omit any product or simplify any inspection steps. Any products found during the inspection that do not meet the standards will be promptly removed and not released from the warehouse to ensure that the released products meet the predetermined quality requirements.

Our shipment inspection work ensures that every product received by the customer meets the specified standards and reduces inconvenience caused by product quality issues. The inspection process follows the principles of objectivity and rigor, without exaggeration or embellishment. It strictly operates according to product quality standards to ensure the authenticity and reliability of inspection results, and effectively delivers qualified products to customers.
