Complaint and Request for Refund – Order Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I recently ordered clothes through your platform and am very disappointed with the products delivered. The goods do not match the pictures and descriptions on your website at all.. Instead of the ordered mini dress, I received a long dress, and instead of the color turquoise green, a dark poisonous green arrived. The delivered clothing differs completely from the advertisement in terms of appearance and color.. Since the delivered items do not match the order, I request a full refund of my money for all items. I also ordered three pairs of sandals and a grey long knitted coat from you, which are still on their way. After this experience, I am very concerned about the quality and correctness of this upcoming delivery. If the sandals and the knitted coat also do not match the description and the pictures, I will also complain about them immediately.. Please tell me the exact procedure for the refund. Disappointing quality and poor fit – wouldn't recommend The sizing runs small for a 46; it feels much more like a 45.5 as my toes press uncomfortably against the front. This is my first purchase from Joom, and unfortunately, the material looks and feels very cheap. There is almost no padding between the inner and outer layers, and the structural integrity feels flimsy. Because the material is so soft and lacks durability, I doubt it will hold up well against the weather, and it definitely isn't waterproof. Since I plan on running in these, I’ll be surprised if they last more than a month or two. Save yourself the trouble, spend an extra £5, and buy a better quality shoe elsewhere.
These trousers are soft and warm and feel good on the Top. I am very satisfied with the quality, price, and size. Definitely order according to the provided size chart!!! I find the shipping time of approx. 3 weeks too long. Temu and AliExpress deliver significantly faster!
Not as described. I ordered size 42 and received a different one. Furthermore, it is not like in the picture. In the picture, the sole is like AF-1 and the delivered ones are not
It has nothing to do with the photo, it has fewer pockets and also came in the wrong color, it was for my son's school and looks like a disposable backpack, terrible material
