Original lightstick!!! Connects to the official bts light stick 4 app and synchronizes with bora waves. Everything is in full set. The only thing is, due to the not-so-good packaging, I accidentally cut the box of the lightstick itself, so be careful when opening it. (Delivery is long, keep this in mind when ordering. I ordered on August 12, it arrived on October 27). But it was worth it! This is the original light stick!!! It connects to the ‘Official BTS Light Stick 4’ app and synchronises with ‘Bora Waves’. It comes with everything included. The only thing is, because the packaging wasn’t very good, I accidentally cut into the box containing the light stick itself, so please be careful when opening it. (Delivery takes a long time, so bear that in mind when ordering. I ordered it on 12 August and it arrived on 27 October) But it was well worth it!

The product is fantastic, just as I wanted, only one thing, perhaps next time I would put in integrated batteries, because I didn't know they were missing and now I have to go and buy them. Regarding the joom site, quite bad, because not only did the order already take practically 2 weeks from when I ordered it, but they also extended the order to almost 1 month and at a certain point I no longer received news of the package, I didn't know where it was and if it was arriving or not, they didn't notify me of anything, in fact I was about to request a refund because the expected days of arrival had passed and they didn't send me any email to update me on the delay of the package, therefore for how the service was managed, quite bad... and I'm sorry.

The lightstick arrived in about 15 days, it comes super well wrapped. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time for the concert. It works well as expected, when connected to the App it has more functions. The app fails quite a bit, it stays blank and for the moment I can't register the concert ticket, I will try with another phone to see if it's because my mobile is very old. In summary, the lightstick is super good. I recommend the seller. I placed the order on June 6th and it arrived on June 20th. So I think that if you order it now, you can still receive it before the concert on July 22nd. A kiss for all the Stays.

The box was damaged, but that's not the point. When I inserted the batteries correctly, the lightstick wouldn't turn on, so I took them out to see what the problem was and burned myself badly on the battery holder. It started to smell really bad, like burnt chemicals, and part of it melted. Now it works sometimes, and sometimes the same thing I described before happens again (it heats up and starts to smell). I'm not sure if it's safe to continue using the lightstick at this rate. And yes, I did check the polarity and followed the instruction manual on how to insert the battery holder.
