[Pre-order] STRAY KIDS - [THIS & THAT] POP-UP STORE OFFICIAL MERCH (SKZOO MICRO STICKER)

This is not the original. This is my first time ordering a KPOP product on Joom, but I started to have a huge doubt about the quality of the product and the price. I didn't feel reassured about the reliability of the site after receiving the product. I don't recommend Joom to order KPOP merchandise. First of all, I find it weird that we don't pay shipping and customs fees. It becomes suspicious when you think about it... Of course, I confirm that the product was indeed shipped from South Korea. Then, while inspecting the product detail after my research on lightstick scams, I noticed these negative points : • The origin of the Seller: SixKshop is certified on Joom as an "authorized seller" but I took a look at their site. I realize that there are no NewJeans sticks for sale ... It's weird ... and even if it is tagged on the images of the description of the item "authentic" and "sealed official" .. I still have a doubt ... But on the package, I saw the label of the seller SixKshop • Packaging: The production year is dated 2024.04 and not 2023.03, the label is not aligned at the bottom with the gold label / In addition, the gold Hybe label shines in rainbow colors on the "Hybe text" and on the small corner at the bottom right. Is this the original ? • Battery: the battery tip is not gold but silver gray + at the back it's weird... . • Strap: The rabbit logo is not very clear. It looks like the white outline is a bit "blurry" when viewed by eye. • Lower level of the lightstick: The lower cap of the stick is not easy to unscrew, because I have to force it a little. Also, I don't know if you should hear a very big "click" but you can hear it a little when you close the cap. When you want to close the cap, you feel that it is not "smooth" but a little "hard". • Cards > doubt about their flexibility and colors • The Rabbit's eyes are difficult to remove because it is too hard The positive points : • Delivery went very well. The product arrived in very good condition / very well packaged • Bluetooth Mode works very well oddly with the official NewJeans stick application • I have all the different color function modes including the one in the application> by testing it, I was able to add other colors and light effects • La notice a l'air original • Inside the stick in the battery compartment, we have the spring on a black support with a circle in the middle in "gold metal" If you have any doubts, don't waste your hard earned money on sites that are not 100% reliable. In any case, I will not be ordering Kpop products from Joom in the future.

Beautiful, arrived in excellent condition, a bit of "delay" 🤣🤣🤣 (speaking in general since many people had theirs shipped a bit earlier but it was still a general "delay", for the "delivery times" it arrived "early" because it gave me "14/10/2025"), since it was released on 22/08/2025, I took it with the Pre-Order and the POB Dear My Muse and it only arrived today 26/09/2025 (so yes, it arrived within the expected delivery date)... all packed with multiple layers, no defects, everything included as described, (obviously original, I checked the sticker as the first thing 🤣🤣🤣) it seemed like an eternity but it arrived safe and sound, I recommend the seller, they are reliable... the tracking gave some problems, it told me that "the flight has departed" but in reality it was still in Korea, so I specifically asked to tell me why it hadn't arrived yet if it said so and "Charlotte" said that "it was a translation error on the site and the package was still in Korea and they were preparing it to ship it" but the same a few hours later it departed and the tracking updated when it arrived in Italy, so everything okay, I recommend checking the tracking on the various tracking sites from which the package is shipped, since on Joom it told me so, I checked both on Joom Logistics and on the tracking of the SHIPTER tracking site (which was in charge of shipping it) and finally once it arrived in Italy I continued to follow the tracking of Poste on the Poste tracking site because the Joom tracking is delayed when the package passes to the Poste tracking... for the rest everything okay, as I said, reliable seller, package intact, perfect😊

Came in really good condition, I liked it a lot, but it doesn't come with batteries, I thought that the batteries were bigger or something like that, idk, but they're the normal/average ones (don't take me out on being dumb, I don't own a lot of stuff that needs batteries, most of my things are chargeable, so I don't need batteries a lot, so I don't know models or sizes unless I see what I need in front of me). The batteries I had for some reason didn't work, but that's ok, bc I had bought new ones, I'm still waiting for them to arrive so yeah, I can't turn it off, the batteries I tried earlier did turn it on for a few seconds tho, the screen on the back told me to replace the batteries and after that I gave up, btw the batteries I used were working. Uhmm... It came with a Hyunjin photocard, really cute, I liked it a lot and added it to my collection, I was really excited about receiving a gift photocard hehe. It also arrived very fast, I ordered it... Idk when, I think 23rd or 24th of August and yesterday (it arrived yesterday night, I picked it up today because it was too late to go out), which was 4th of September it arrived. I was glad and shocked at the same time. That's about it. When I get the batteries I bought which should be in 2 days I'll edit this review and give you a full review/feedback. Ok, bye.

First the package arrived well and without damage. Why a bad rating? Well, here it goes: I pre-ordered the album, they took more than 2 months after the comeback to start preparing the order, no matter how much I contacted them asking where the package was, always the same answer "there isn't" "you have to wait" or they directly ignored me. Once shipped, when I thought it was already on its way, it arrives in Spain and a month passes that someone had picked it up from the airport, no matter how much I asked them what was happening, they didn't respond or they told me we are looking into it wait 10 days... the guarantee ended on November 8th and I insisted every day and they didn't respond, they didn't give me a solution, they told me to wait 10 days when the guarantee was already about to end and I without the CD and the album sold out everywhere..... truly the customer service has been disastrous.......

The shipment arrived within the estimated time. I appreciated that the package had clear tracking and safe delivery.. From the moment I received the package, I could tell that the magazine was very well protected. The packaging included bubble wrap and rigid cardboard, which ensured that it arrived in perfect condition, with no bends or damage to the corners. I appreciate that the necessary care was taken to preserve the quality of the product.. As a nice touch from Joom, the Minghao photocard was a pleasant surprise.. The magazine has great print quality, and Mingyu's photos, along with his interview, are a real treasure. A totally worthwhile purchase! ❤️

A marvel for fans, especially if you're going to the concert. I got a bit confused, but I managed to connect it with the app on my tablet, and from there the color alternation and light modes are controlled. It's quite heavy, and if it falls it will surely break, so be careful! They take quite a while to ship the product, but I bought it on December 1st, and it arrived in Spain on December 18th. It came very well protected, but the inner box had a slightly dented corner, so they must have put it in like that when packaging 😕. Anyway, I give it 5 stars, because the lightstick was perfect. EDIT after the July concert: it synchronized perfectly with all the ones in the stadium in Madrid... Wonderful!!!!
