I am sorry that we are again connected on an extremely unpleasant and ugly occasion with another attempt to defraud a customer by your merchant. The problem this time is the new scheme of fraud by traders .... to send with one delivery more than one product ... in my case they sent 7 products in one shipment which is a problem for us because in this way we pay fees at the customs in Malta. To support my claims, I will attach photos with the order code as well as customs documents showing the amount I paid for delivery. With such a way of sending the products, the free delivery announced by you is not only meaningless but in fact does not exist at all because the customer actually pays for the delivery. This is misleading, incorrect, and completely deceptive behavior on the part of your merchant for which I will ask the merchant to refund the amount paid by us for the delivery. Thanks !

A beautiful design, it looks sturdy and is reinforced in the corners, the phone remains perfectly embedded in the shell, and the functionalities (access to the S.pen, edge menu) are not compromised. The body is a bit stiff and makes me think that at the first serious impact, instead of softening the blow, it can transmit it to the device. Well the ring that can also turn and hold up horizontally in TV mode, in the center the metal point to keep it hooked to the magnet. All in all I think an excellent product, the only hitch it took longer from France to Italy and from Italy to me, than from China to Europe ...
It's a fantastic case. It even has a small lip over the screen so you don't smash your screen when slamming your phone face down on the table. Good stuff. It also fits my Note 10s perfectly and it's still easy to use the ridiculous finger sensor on the power button. No problems. Unfortunately, even though the seller shipped it immediately after purchasing, Jооm lost the case in one of their massive shipping centers. So it took no less than two months to reach me in the end. I almost got a refund and I thought I'd have to reorder it; I would've too. Great case. Love it.
I clicked on my Redmi Note8 Pro when ordering, but only now saw that the order says the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, but I received the case for the Redmi Note8. It felt like it took forever. But it was completely worth it. The case looks super. Exactly like in the picture. I adore it. The key on the back moves a little stiffly, but that's a good thing, because it means it's not used to being moved. I've already put my own accessory on it, two little hearts that hang from the holes on the right side meant for this accessory, and I've already started using it. I just received it, and I hope it lasts me as long as possible. But if I need a new one someday, I know to come back here. I am ordering this product for the second time. The first ring broke after half a year, it is made of plastic, although the cover can still be used. The only difference is that the ring rotation mechanism is much lighter in version two.
