The product itself is very beautiful and, to date, is in accordance with the sales characteristics and those offered.. What wasn't good is the lack of contact you have with the seller or even the platform. The product was supposed to be delivered between 05/15 and 05/18, but I received no response and couldn't contact the seller or anyone who could help from Jom. The shipping company that was indicated, even before I received the order, GLS, which was 5 stars, responded to the inquiry about the non-delivery of the product to them and therefore did not deliver it to me. When 05/18/26 arrived, there was an update in the system saying that delivery was expected by 06/11/2026, which made me very angry and I wanted explanations and a refund of the amount paid, without any success in such a decision. Apart from this stress, everything else was fine.

So many breakdowns I'm on my 6th breakdown in 2 months, they don't want to change the bike for me I have the rear engine screws that all fell out, the result is I fell with it😡😡😡😡 The throttle handle that gave way. I went through a puddle, the result, the next day, chain and derailleur all rusty all squeaking. I went to the mountains, impossible to climb the hills, the bike went into safety mode with the pedal assist. Maybe he should have told me it was an exercise bike 😂😂😂😂😂 And now, to top it all off, the bike that no longer turns on because the battery no longer takes a charge. 1100 km in 2 months and all these breakdowns. 42 emails sent to customer service. I strongly strongly strongly advise against it.

Delivery was fast but the first ride went to a bike shop where it was found that the front suspension fork rattles and the rear hub with the 7-speed cassette makes cracking noises when starting off and on hills. I hope a solution to the problem will be found here. Then one could improve the bad review. After contacting the seller, the replacement parts were sent immediately after the defects on the e-bike were documented. The seller was also very understanding and replied to emails in very good German. Emails were answered quickly and a solution was always found.. I've never had such great service here before, I can only recommend this seller and his shop.👍👍👍

An excellent bike with very good workmanship and enormous riding performance. Consistent driving performance even on steep mountain routes, no loss of power even on long, very steep mountain routes. The best e-bike I've ridden so far, I've been riding mountain bikes and e-bikes for 40 years. Also first-class service even in the event of a warranty claim, with very fast spare parts delivery. Information in case of damage from the seller very good and quick, really a help. Can recommend this bike to anyone who wants such a powerful bike. Looking forward to the next ride. I have sent you 2 refund requests so far for a non-functional product, (Dual motor electric bicycle, EMOKO C93 Order 9DWWG4QW from 10.09.2026), which does not conform to the description, starting from September 24th, to which I have not received any response to date.. Therefore, two weeks after delivery, because I have not received any response from you and I cannot use a non-functional product for which I paid according to your confirmation, I am forced to contact the Consumer Protection authorities in my country and yours. I have sent you written messages, photos, and a video of the C93 product twice.

Among the many espresso machines tried, I currently find this one to be the best, with creamy and intense coffee as one would want it. Even the other drinks like hazelnut and salted caramel have a fuller consistency and a richer flavor. I haven't yet tried varying the temperatures or the coffee with 25°C extraction. If I have to find a flaw, I could say that the drip tray below, being so thin, holds very little, so it needs to be emptied and cleaned almost every time.

The delivery took a little longer than the specified period The bike arrived very well and sturdily packaged. You immediately notice the good quality and workmanship when unpacking.. Assembly took a while and it's best done with two people. Driving impression is simply perfect and great. Everything works flawlessly and is mega fun. The bicycle chain guard had 2 scratches, still waiting for a response from support regarding this. I can only recommend.
