Girls' Cotton Winter Sports Shoes with Velvet Lining | 2025 Style | Medium & Large Sizes | Rotary Buckle | Warm Running Dad Sneakers

We ordered this coat for my daughter. She loves Minecraft. However the coat we ordered was red (her favourite colour) and had 3 pictures on the back, Steve and friends, hostile mobs and axolotls. She was over the moon when we found this online. It arrived in just over a week. The first problem we had when it arrived is that it was pink not the red we ordered. It was also far too large but also completely different picture on the back. Still Minecraft but only one and not of the ones we chose in our order. I have been trying to ask for a refund but that just doesn’t seem to be an option and or the app makes it so complicated that they want people to just give up. Needless to say we are disappointed and ended up getting her an entirely different coat from elsewhere.

Photographs here on Joom are very deceptive. The oval has the handles in the sides, like in the Joom seller photos but unlike the sellers photographs, the seat is very shallow and the kids just get thrown off every time they use it. This is available to buy in Smyths for €50 where it is 50cm in diameter, suitable for kids up to 50 kg and the seat is the correct depth. My kids have used the one from Smyths safely. The description and information is contradictory and the dimensions are only in the photos, not in the description itself. It makes no sense this product says it’s suitable for up to 100kg but for ages 3-6 years old. I should have gone to Smyths, now I have yet another unusable product that I have to pay to replace 😑

This is a cheap knock off of the original game. I take responsibility that I didn't not read carefully the description and study the pictures, so that one is on me. What is not on me is the state that the boardgame came in. The packaging is just some bubble wrap but since it's a cheaper version, the materials (cardboard etc) are thinner and has a worse quality which means the box wasn't sturdy enough to take the postage "hits". The box arrived with dents and smashed corners and since I bought it to be as a gift to someone else, it has no use for me like this. Cheapness doesn't mean quality - lesson learned!

The shoes look good. Unfortunately, however, they are significantly too small overall. It may be that the specified foot length would in principle fit into the shoe, but in my opinion, the instep height, the inner width, and the shaft circumference do not correspond to the European measurements for the shoe size. One would probably have to take two or three sizes larger.. Injury.

Item arrived quickly, but no kite instructions or line included in the set! The cross spars only fit on the back of the kite if they are bowed not flat. Because there are no assembly instructions, I don't know if this is correct. I purchased this kite as a special birthday present for someone, so am very disappointed. Please help? Thanks.

Hello Joom Support, I received the item [Name on clud shoes]. Unfortunately, it is clearly a fake and not the original product. This violates your policies. I request a full refund of the purchase price. Photos as proof are attached. Thank you very much!

« Hello, The shoes tore after normal and very limited use. They are already in poor condition, which is unacceptable for a new product.. Thank you for kindly offering me a solution (replacement or refund). Cordially.

The quality of the fabric is so poor, it feels like plastic. I wouldn't have purchased this if I had known how bad it is. The white color is far from white, it’s a sorth of beige, undefined color. I totally dislike this.. and it wasn’t cheap at all..
