For your information, 4 WENT IN THE BIN... indeed, despite 5 washes... the blue t-shirts STILL SHOWED CLEAR WHITE MARKS (ALL OVER THE T-SHIRTS).... The same thing was given to a friend for washing...SAME OBSERVATION = TRASH !!! You must know that WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM....we conclude from this that JOOM is a............ Good day. The tablecloth sent has a black stain (1cm diameter). I don't understand the label next to the stain, it was glued to the cloth. The packaging was not damaged, by the way! I then washed the tablecloth and the stain did not come out. I do not accept this, but I am also not prepared to send the tablecloth back (it cannot be used anymore anyway, I chose the smallest available size and besides, the postage is too expensive for me). As it looks, the tablecloth is not new! Therefore, I request a refund of the entire purchase price. Kind regards Jürg Eichenberger
The product images are very misleading. While the last image mentions that the faucet is not included, other photos clearly show the faucet inside the box. To make matters worse, it didn't even come with any mounting hardware or fittings to secure the faucet to the kitchen sink—just the tap itself, with nothing else included. Considering the price is almost identical to other sellers who provide the full set, this feels like a scam. After waiting so long for delivery, this has been a complete waste of my time and money. The seller needs to fix these misleading product photos immediately..
