cepoLAB [90% CLEPS BIOGENIC MASK] for All Skin Type

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The lightstick arrived in perfect condition and works correctly. It connects without problems and seems to be an original product. The quality is excellent and I am very happy with the purchase. The only thing that disappointed me was that the box arrived open and without any security seal, which at first made me doubt if it had been tampered with. It would have given me much more peace of mind to receive it completely sealed.. Also, I would have liked it to include a photocard or detail, because I read in the comments that it came with a photocard and that's why I chose you to buy the Lightstick 😓 Even so, the product works perfectly, it arrived complete and met my expectations. I would only recommend improving the presentation and packaging so that the shopping experience is even better. 💙

I am not sure how I feel about this order. The packaging was really poor, part of the cardboard was not completely sealed, there was just a large sticker that prevented the item from falling out. The cardstock of the vinyl record was also a bit warped and the sleeve of the record itself was also damaged. However it seems that the record itself was luckily not damaged. Seeing as this is a vinyl record and we all know they are easily damaged I would have expected a bit more care. However I do not know who is responsible for the damage and I have a hunch that it was not the seller's fault, but rather the delivery service (seeing that I have previous bad experiences with them).

🇬🇧 I have waited a long time for this, not because it's come from Korea, other items I have ordered took a fraction of the time, but because the supplier's probably underestimated how popular the item was going to be. The concert tickets sold out in one day, I don't think that was expected either. However, Joom did keep in touch to let me know that my order was not in vain. Cost wise this was the best price I found & postage was free. The lightstick works perfectly, everything was included as well as four picture cards. I'm happy with my purchase, thank you.

Purchase made with simplicity and clarity. The package is perfectly tracked and the delivery times were shorter than expected. The goods are perfectly packaged. The quality of the product is excellent. I am really happy, especially because I was able to save a lot compared to other European retailers. Thank you! The light stick is also exceptional, it is a shame to use it because it is so beautiful. For other settings just frame the QR code and download the app.

Although I haven't tried the CD yet, it doesn't look scratched so I don't think it's bad, I'll try it later, but what is bad is the outer case, it comes a bit broken, but I don't see it as something so drastic as to return it, what did bother me has been the other part of my order the Ian CD that has arrived incomplete, without the photocards that should have come I have video opening everything

It's an appliance that is very worthwhile to buy, it's curious and beautiful, my daughter loved it and wants to be able to debut it at one of her concerts. The box came perfectly protected (although we had an issue with the delivery person, they threw the package onto my house's terrace from a height of over 4 meters) but upon opening it everything was perfect without any damage to the main box and the device.

Unfortunately, the lamp stopped working properly after only a few days. It stayed on continuously, and the button to change the light mode or turn it off stopped responding completely. As a result, the lamp became unusable. I expected it to last much longer, so this was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for it. I expected much better quality and durability.

It just arrived and wow!! It's incredible, it comes very well protected and packaged, it arrived earlier than expected. The book included has many photos of Junhee, with the lyrics of the songs, 2 very nice photos of him, and some tattoos with phrases from the songs, on the back is the CD. I got the night version. Product 10, Seller 10, thank you very much I am very happy 💜💜
