Hi. Nov 23 I bought a GSM electric switch for 220V power. I found your company by Google searched for GSM electric switch 4G 16A with temp control. No spec at the web. I received the parcel 3.dec. Everything looked very nice, but when I opened it up, it was a disaster. First, there was no temp sensor in the pack. When I read the spec on the back of the very nice switch, it was a 2 G GSM net and 10 A. I cannot use it. I already have a 2 G 16 A switch, but in our district the government shut down 2 G network 21. oct. That is why I ordered a new switch. I want to return this switch, please send me complete address for return. I also want you to send me a switch I can use, if possible. It must be a 4G network 16A (3600w) GSM and with Temp control. Got the splitters in about 2 months and a half, probably because of the holidays (ordered on November 17th i think, delivered Feb 3rd). The splitters themselves are ok, construction seems solid and the flexible part is definitely sturdy (tried to pull one apart by hand, no luck). The only problem i got is that they dont match the LED strip i have, which has the LED side covered in some convex clear silicone. the terminals are also non perforating, so they wont punch through the strip. will have to either change the strip or remove some of the silicone.

Good day, I mounted the printhead in the plotter and received the message that it needs to be replaced. After several remounts, I received an error on the printer. I mention that I have mounted printheads on this plotter before (I have had it for over 10 years) and I know how to follow all the mounting procedures. Since I am getting these messages from the plotter, it means that this printhead is not recognized by the plotter and I cannot use it, moreover, I am left with an error on the plotter. I am attaching the photos with the error and with the product in the box. I wish for a refund.

The screen is not like in the pictures and is not curved on the side edges, it is much thicker and square on the sides, it does not recognize the fingerprint sensor and it heats up at the display connector. Delivery time 2 weeks and 2 days. All good :-) Goods make a good impression for the money. First test cut was successful. Please exchange the picture without a protective cover on the angle grinder for a picture with a protective cover. That only entices people to take a risk!
