Water Pressure Diaphragm Pump Electric SelfPriming 3.0GPM DC for Boat Home Machine(F33102045201

Feature: 1. This 3?cavity large?volume pump is driven by high?power motor, so it can output large flow under low pressure. 2. Equipped with male thread port, can offer various sizes and installation methods, easy to connect to any outlet. 3. Intelligent automatic turning onoff will reduce the posibility of deamge and well as effectively protect the switch. 4. Enables wide application in car wash, filling machine, garden agricultural spraying, water heater, house, yacht, etc. 5. Has a long discharge lift up to 31 metres, and a long suction lift up to 3 metres, making the pumping much easier. Specification: Item Type: Water Pressure Diaphragm Pump Product Material: Engineering Plastic Volume of Solid Impurities: less than 0.1 Particles: No larger than 0.2mm. Environment Temperature: less than 50 celsius Medium Temperature: 065 celsius ph Range: 5.010 Flow Rate: 11.6Lmin Discharge Lift: Approx. 31metre 101.7ft Suction Lift: Approx. 3metre 9.8ft Gallon: 3.0GPM Applciation Scenarios: For car wash, filling machine, garden agricultural spraying, agricultural spray, water heater, household water booster, house, yacht, shower booster, green spraying mist. 1. When the water pump is working, it is necessary to ensure a smooth drainage of the water pump to avoid holding the pump and causing damage to the pressure switch. 2. If you hear the abnormal sound of the switch ticking during operation, please turn off the pump immediately and increase the pressure appropriately 3. The motor has a slight waterproof function. There is no need to worry too much about splashing a little water (you can wipe it dry), but it is strictly forbidden to soak the pump motor in water. Cause power failure, leakage or motor damage 4. The water inlet must be installed with a filter device, and liquids with impurities cannot be sucked in, otherwise it will easily block the water pump, which will cause the pressure to drop and the flow rate will decrease, or even the water cannot be pumped. 5. It is strictly forbidden to use this machine without the filter connected, and the density of the filter is preferably above 80 mesh (impurities will cause damage to the pump) 6. Using 12V24V DC motor, users must not directly use 110V220V power supply. If directly plugged into 110V220V power supply, the motor will burn out immediately. The pump can transport water, weak acid, alkali, salt and other liquids, but cannot be transported. Liquids with particles, gasoline and other combustible liquids 7. The pump works intermittently, and it must not work 24 hours a day 8. Please disconnect the connection between the motor pump and the power supply when it is not used for a long time or when it is temporarily suspended. 9. The water pump has a pressure switch adjustment function. The pressure can be adjusted appropriately according to its actual needs, but it cannot be adjusted too small or too large. A switch that is too small will easily start and stop frequently and cause burnout, and a switch that is too large may not work. To function, causing the pump to not shut down normally 10. Please confirm the power supply before use, the power supply parameters must be consistent with the input parameters of the motor pump 11. In order to avoid water leakage to the rotor when the product fails, the correct installation method is that the pump head is down or placed flat .
