Deeply disappointed expired product I ordered it together with 2 others, by the way, it expires in month 12, which is actually a little But the serum expired 21.06.25, upon application the texture changed😩 I requested the support team requests video that we destroyed the product, I sent it several times shows shipping error Last time I order, disappointed, I waited a lot for this serum and now it's expired😩 The refund was not processed for the expired product

EDIT - received full refund from Joom. The item was damaged and leaking everywhere. It's obvious they just sent a damaged item, because it was really well wrapped in bubble wrap, and the courier box was not damaged at all. Not to mention the expiry date is in a few months!!!! If I'm paying this much money, I expect the courtesy of being sent an original non-damaged product. The trust is now down to 0 for Joom deliveries.

So there I am very surprised from the first use my hair is all soft knowing that my hair is very damaged on the ends in addition I have white hair which is thicker I applied the serum on wet hair and I put the equivalent of 3 pumps I have long hair 3/4 of the back and the quantity is sufficient. This serum perfectly completes my hair routine, I am very satisfied ☺️

I received the product but it does not match the picture in the image. Please change the picture because it's not that original and that's why I'm not too happy and also its very high price. I paid £49.16 and to receive a product in return that costs £20 doesn't seem like a serious seller. I also received a cream sample, here it is original, after this sample I made the order.

I have been buying this product for years and I know perfectly well what it is like. The one I bought through this app is a fake. It doesn't resemble it in color, smell, or texture. Furthermore, it took more than 2 months to arrive. Either that or it is in bad condition because it has oxidized. I don't even dare to use it. Waste of time and money

The product contains only 2ml sample sachets, not a full 30ml bottle as I expected. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find only 8 sachets (2ml each), totalling just 16ml. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels very misleading. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be buying from this seller again.
