Where Norwegian fishermen's moisturizing know-how meets skin science

The Norwegian Formula began with the moisturizing know-how of Norwegian fishermen, who had dry, damaged skin due to Norway's harsh, cold weather and extreme working conditions. This moisturizing know-how was scientifically researched by Neutrogena and became the basis for Neutrogena's own 99.5% pure, highly concentrated glycerin, and continues to form the foundation of skincare solutions for healthy skin. Discover Neutrogena's solution for moist, healthy skin, born in Norway.
