Healthy and satisfying! Ideal for pot and stews, stick yuba "Kansai Fuchiku Maki" is a traditional Chinese ingredient made from dried yuba (fuchiku) rolled into stick form from soybeans. It features a firm texture and bean flavor, making it versatile for pot, stews, and stir-fries. Rich in plant-based protein, it is recommended for those with a health-conscious mindset. This dried yuba, rolled into sticks from soybeans, becomes moist and soft when rehydrated, offering a meat-like texture. It holds up well in stews without falling apart and absorbs flavors easily, making it an excellent match for pot and Chinese stews. It also has great shelf stability, making it a convenient pantry staple. Please soak in water or lukewarm water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before use. It can be used in various Chinese dishes such as pot, stews, stir-fries, and steamed dishes.
