You are legally required to provide and after sales service as part of the contract between the buyer of the seller. So tired of bad advertising and lack of transparency and dismissive communication and sellers, not that holding their obligatory duties to accept accountability for the small insignificant gripes that customers have because the stress the consumer goes through frustration is very draining. It’s quite damaging. I have to go to my bank to apply for a charge back because I have literally done everything possible to continue an open line of communication with you to reach a resolution but you have obstructed that and I don’t have a voice and we cannot finish or I cannot determine how to move forward. I don’t want to be stuck with covering the cost of an expensive return charge to China and you not reimburse me.

Performance & Functionality I originally bought these intended for gym work, but I've found they aren't ideal for treadmill running. Where they truly shine is outdoors—they are much better suited for dirt roads and off-road running paths, offering great traction and support on uneven ground. ​Delivery & Final Verdict The shipping took about 5 to 6 days longer than the estimated delivery timeframe, which was a minor downside.
