Dear Customer Support Team, I would like to report an issue with the coffee table I recently purchased from your company. Overall, I am very satisfied with the table, and everything would have been perfect if Part No. 1 (the tabletop) had not arrived warped and uneven. As you can clearly see in the attached photos, I placed a straight piece of protective Styrofoam along the tabletop to demonstrate the problem. There is a visible gap between the Styrofoam and the surface, showing that Part No. 1 is not completely flat but has a noticeable curve. As a result, there is also a visible difference in height between the front and rear sections of the tabletop when it is closed. I would like to emphasize that this is not an assembly or tightening issue. I have carefully followed the assembly instructions and securely tightened all the screws.. It is also important to clarify that this defect could only be identified after the table was fully assembled. The curvature is not something that can be easily detected through a normal visual inspection of the individual components before assembly. It would not be reasonable or practical to expect a customer to individually check the level and straightness of every single panel before putting the furniture together. Therefore, the fact that the table has already been assembled should not affect the resolution of what is clearly a pre-existing defect in Part No. 1. Considering that this table was not inexpensive, I must admit that I am very disappointed and upset about this issue, especially since I otherwise really like the product.. For this reason, I kindly request that you send me a replacement for Part No. 1 only, at no additional cost. There is absolutely no need to replace the entire table, as all the other components are perfectly fine.. I sincerely hope you can help me resolve this issue so that I can enjoy the table in the condition and quality I expected when purchasing it. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Do not buy this product from this seller or use Joom wholesales. The customer services is appalling I’m dealing with a complaint I made over not receiving the bolts or screws with the triple bunk I purchased my children are sleeping in the floor and I’ve bars off a triple bunk lauded out on the floor. I’ve emailed the seller myself and Joom a response is 5 working days lucky I paid through Klarna so I’ve stopped the payment until they send me what I purchased the bolts and screws !!

Don’t buy unless you are okay with receiving damaged item. Received damaged item in damaged packaging. Chipped at multiple places and colour of top is darker than what is shown in images though the colour for bottom is same as what’s in images so definitely not the lighting issue. Shipping box was also damaged. And on top of all this, Joom customer service denied assistance. As per them this is not damaged. No clear damage and goods policy, actions against consumer rules.

Initially, I was very disappointed that only half of the package arrived on Friday and I wanted to return it because I hadn't received what I ordered, plus I expected the parts to be bigger and somehow WELDED. And on Monday the other part arrived and I managed to assemble this big puzzle by myself after 5 hours.. It also has a small defect on the back ladder.

In the photograph, the bed is in the middle of the room. When I assembled one side, it came in black, making it impossible to leave the bed in the middle for aesthetic reasons. This is not clear in the advertisement, and the price paid to have it against a wall is not what I intended.

The order was supposed to come in three days. Didn't come until a week after and my neighbourhood is known for stealing. I was lucky to even get the product! And there was barely any updates on the transit. Terrible service.
