Non-compliant product. The two pairs of headphones do not work at the same time. It is either one pair that works or the other while the two pairs are connected and visible on my bluetooth TV. In more than 20 years of orders on other merchant sites, I have never seen a customer service as incompetent as that of coolbe. They ask you for lots of things, make the pleasure of waiting last, and in the end, even if they want to refund you, it is the seller who decides the outcome. Well, you end up with a product that is supposedly functional for a couple, BUT DOES NOT WORK. And you keep it because you are not reimbursed. THIS SITE IS SIMPLY NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERIOUSNESS IN IT. AS LONG AS IT IS SOLD: MAKE IT YOURSELF. TO THE WORDS OF THE WORD!!!!!

The headphones are good. At first I didn't understand why they didn't turn on, then I saw the button next to charging. You can hear it well and the microphone is sensitive. Headphones can work separately. Charging shows steps of 5% without putting the headphones in the box. It also shows charging in your phone when connected. They connect quickly and reliably. Charging is fast. I didn't check the operating time completely for the category. The only inconvenience is that they are not fully inserted into the ear and you can hear sounds from outside. On the other hand well, security. But this is my subjective assessment.

product arrived damaged. the shipping package is very poor, actually, it broke due to bad packing. I guess it would not work for a long time because the screw/bolt would break very fast (see the video). was not able to connect to Bluetooth button. I regret buying this. Ready to ship it back. Joom, Please assist me to get the shipping label and get my money back Joom, why no actions on my issue? Hey Joom! Over two weeks no actions on my issue, why?????

It have ordered another type of filter for vacuum cleaning, that doesn't fit my vacuum cleaner. I know that are different types of filters (bigger and with different shape) that's why I have chooses a product that doesn't have other types of filter just one, and in the final I received the product that I don't needed. Attached you can see an image with the product that was sent and my old filter, the type I needed one, the difference is obviously.

I was initially afraid that I had bought crap, because on the second charge, it wouldn't charge anymore! In the end, it was the cord that came with it that only worked on the first charge. Fortunately, my phone charger has the same tip, so it charges well. I sleep with earplugs, and having the headband on top doesn't bother me when listening to meditation videos before going to sleep.. very easy to pair with the tablet

Great earphones .. good sound without loud hiss.. Very beautiful color (delicate). Arrived quickly. With S9 connection very fast and very simple (just turn off and on bluetooth and you will find the earphones immediately). Beautiful and convenient charging indication. Stable battery after 1 week. Also tried connection with iphone and it was quick and simple 👍👍👍

Great item. I don't like having the headphones in the ear canal and it's just perfect, it doesn't interfere and the sound is very good. It's not very high quality sound like the big brands, but it's still got great quality. I highly recommend . The battery lasts a long time and charging is fast.
