I placed an order for a size M pair of trousers, which corresponds to a size 38-40 in Europe, in other words, my size.. The trousers received are much larger, I suspect they are at least size 42 if not size 44. I say "suspect" because there is no size label on the product. Second order, second size error. Simply disappointing given the material quality and the price to pay...

The product received does not match the quality of the product advertised in the web photos. The product received is of very poor quality, it was not the product I wished to buy on the web since the photos published on the Web show a much better quality than the product received.

I usually wear size M, but I decided that I wanted the short to be wider. I got exactly what I wanted. Disadvantages: small pockets that do not close and are located too close to the zipper + the hood is a bit uncomfortable.

Will never order again, parcel was missing items and arrived late so had to buy a new outfit if they said the date it was coming I would never have ordered it and can’t send it back as the shipping cost is £18

I didn't expect such quality at this price, I recommend it. The box came very well packed with several layers of protection, I didn't think you could find quality things on Joom.

Why does the supplier cut off the labels that show the size? I can guess that they did not have the size I ordered, took the first one that came along, cut off the label and sent it to me 🙂
