For 2200 rubles, a size of 60 cm * 200 cm should have been sent. In the end, I received 40 cm * 58 cm. This is a complete deception and fraud. I am a regular customer of Joom and this is the first time I have encountered such deception and fraud. I request a refund. Consider this message my claim to Joom. Photo attached. I was supposed to receive a 60cm x 200cm order for 2,200 rubles, but I received a 40cm x 58cm order. This is a complete scam. I'm a regular Joom customer and this is the first time I've encountered such fraud. I'm asking for a refund. Consider this message my complaint against Joom. A photo is attached.

Imagine a sponge with the bristles of a duster. This rug feels like that. I don't know what I expected but certainly not this. - It's very airy, very light. The entire rug I ordered (100x160cm) weighs like 300g - since it was folded when shipped, it has big creases which are hard to unfold, so it stays uneven on the ground - the design is spot on, no complaints there - maybe I'm too harsh on it, it's not that bad. Just feels super cheap.

The description mentions adhesive strength, every picture shows bottles with the adhesive, that is advertising fraud. Attention, Read correctly, for €1.50 you do not receive a single bottle, vial. As shown, 9 such dropper tubes will be delivered, as can be seen very small on the right edge of the picture.. Advertising fraud!!!!!!

The item was not present upon delivery on 29.01.2026. Only a bag stuffed with the contents of the carpet glue and armchair backrest protection was in the mailbox. The armchair cushion was not included, which the delivery person wouldn't have been able to stuff into the mailbox anyway, along with the other two items. So, something is missing again.

The products are as described. On the other hand, the delivery time, although respected, is "HORRIBLY" long (ordered on 10/13/2024, received on 10/29/2024). Arrived in Liège on 10/24 at 02:14, arrived in BELFORT 10/26 (after a stopover in Frankfurt), received on 10/29. Finally, it is there in good condition.. Thank you.
