Hello Joom Support Team, I am contacting you by email because the chat on your homepage is not working for me. The system incorrectly showed me that I had accepted a partial refund. That is not true. I expressly rejected the partial refund! The goods are completely defective.. Last night I was at a professional cobbler. He determined that not only is there the initial damage, but the sole of the other pair/shoe is also completely torn. Both shoes are therefore unusable and had to be given for repair.. In the attachment, you will find the current photos that clearly document the extended damage (cracked sole of the second shoe).. Since the goods were defective and damaged from the beginning, I request a full refund (100%) of my purchase price.. Please confirm receipt of this email and the processing of my case. Many Thanks. Kind regards Ayse Acur PS: Very good fabric but unfortunately the soles were not glued well and therefore tore.

The numbering is very inflated. . Problem with exchange, with return. They demand a photo of the shoe measured from heel to toe with a visible measure in centimeters. I even sent a photo of the foot in cm. Everything extends the return time because the return depends on the photo. Return at your own expense. I am terrified by the price of shipping to China. I want to buy the shoes again because they are made of very soft leather. I just don't know if I will manage to wear them this season due to too restrictive requirements. I received the shoes on April 10 (order date April 30) but I have not received the return address until today. Extending the response is all to discourage the return due to the cost of shipping to China (over PLN 100). Shoes bought for PLN 212, now cost PLN 295. I will probably give up shopping here Teresa

The shoes fully correspond to the photo! The boots are chic!!! But the stated size chart does not match. For my size 40, I ordered 41, according to the table - 25.1–25.5 mm, in fact 26.3 cm, suitable for high instep, although at first it seemed that the leg would not fit, but... there is a zipper on the side. Delivery to the Leningrad region is a month. Everything is great, thank you very much to all the staff.
