Deeply disappointed expired product I ordered it together with 2 others, by the way, it expires in month 12, which is actually a little But the serum expired 21.06.25, upon application the texture changed😩 I requested the support team requests video that we destroyed the product, I sent it several times shows shipping error Last time I order, disappointed, I waited a lot for this serum and now it's expired😩 The refund was not processed for the expired product

EDIT - received full refund from Joom. The item was damaged and leaking everywhere. It's obvious they just sent a damaged item, because it was really well wrapped in bubble wrap, and the courier box was not damaged at all. Not to mention the expiry date is in a few months!!!! If I'm paying this much money, I expect the courtesy of being sent an original non-damaged product. The trust is now down to 0 for Joom deliveries.

So there I am very surprised from the first use my hair is all soft knowing that my hair is very damaged on the ends in addition I have white hair which is thicker I applied the serum on wet hair and I put the equivalent of 3 pumps I have long hair 3/4 of the back and the quantity is sufficient.
