Too bad the delivery was surprisingly shorter than usual (well done JOOM!). This positive aspect was spoiled by the fact that upon opening the package, for the product with order No. 57QMJ6M2 - "Cap opener", instead of 2 pieces ordered and paid for, I received only one piece, so one piece is missing. I reported this on the same day and did not receive any response. Instead, I received a refund for the product with the order DM5XDYGG, to which I pointed out that the form of presentation is powder and not tablets. I had another order that I didn't receive at all and I was refunded the money at the deadline announced by JOOM. It was OK so far. I remain confident that I will also receive the missing piece from product No. 57QMJ6M2. I keep all the packaging.

The item was ordered in the color "Gold". It was delivered in a completely different color ("Violet"). After intervention with Joom, Joom offered a 50% refund via email. However, no replies could be delivered to the customer support email address. Communication via the app was also not possible. Subsequently, the request for a 50% refund was closed by Joom without notification and with the reason "Other reason". Despite the offered 50% refund, the request was closed without a specific reason and without notification. To this day, I am stuck with an item that I did not order like this. NEVER AGAIN JOOM!

It is what it says in the description. Until I use it, I cannot comment on the product, apart from the fact that it looks good. I have only one problem, but it's my problem, maybe others are more skilled, it was preferable that the two sides could be glued independently, that is, the paper should be cut in half, so that when you glue on one side, you can also position the other - the second part right. But that's it, I'll manage somehow. Thank you JOOM, thank you to the store and I recommend it (for now). The length is as described, 2.30 m.

Small insulated bag! ❄️ It was delivered to me very quickly and perfectly packaged.. The bag is very good quality. For the size, this is exactly what I was looking for! (Enough to bring in a few bags of frozen vegetables) You can hold it by its handle, otherwise a shoulder strap is delivered with the bag. ✅ Positives : - PRICE - USEFULNESS - DIMENSION ❌ Negatives : - - - CONCLUSION : Very happy with my purchase ! I highly recommend this product. Thanks to Joom and the seller 🔥✅
